The site of the project is situated on the left side of Kusadasi-Davutlar junction point, located at 5 km of Kusadasi-Soke main road. The project offers stunning views of the fantastic nature covered with kinds of trees and the sea. The site is located 1500 m away from the sunny beaches of Kusadasi, one of Turkey's principle holiday resorts with something on offer for the old, young, nature lovers, sun seekers, night clubbers….situated on the west coast of Turkey. Kusadasi is close to the important historical sites including Ephesus , The House of Virgin Mary, Didyma, Priene, Miletos, Pamukkale and the Greek Island Samos. The project entails the development of an exclusive complex of 12 detached villas on 6099 m2 land. The central part of the development offers swimming pool, childrens pool, sunbathing terraces. At the entrance of the site a guard is in change for 24 hours security and open for the intercom connection system with every house.
