This is Turkey's first golf resort with residential accommodation and the first golf course in Kusadasi.
The land of 1230000 sqm will consist of an 18 hole golf resort, and a total of 1,200 apartment and villa properties with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, 1, 2 and 3 bathrooms, sea views and/or land views. All properties will be completed to superior standards, and are going to include including air-conditioning, dishwashers, fridge-freezers and ovens cookers and extractors.
The first phase of the development consists only of apartments. Villas are available on the second phase and early reservations are available.
The complete development of the 2 phases and the golf course is due for completion by May 2010.
