Villa consists of Kitchen (with gas cooker, washing machine,large fridge with freezer compartment), cloakroom, lounge with double sofa bed satelite TV and patio doors leading onto patio and small garden. 1st floor has a double bedroom with balcony, shower room and another bedroom with single bed with pullout bed beneath and balcony which overlooks the communal pool.2nd floor master bedroom with dressing area which has a door leading to the sun terrace, there are sun loungers and a table with 8 chairs. The beach is a 10 min walk away with many bars and restuarants. Buses into town are just a 5 min walk to the bottom of the road. You can take a bus into town with a wide selection of shops/restuarants/ bars and a harbour with daily ferry to the Greek island of Samos.
