But is in an ideal spot for easy access to beaches, nightlife, shops and resturants. In brief the villa has a kitchen with all new appliances, cloakroom, lounge (with a double sofa bed if needed) which opens out onto a sea view patio and small garden. 1st floor is a double bedroom again with private sun balcony with stunning sea views, shower room and a further bedroom with single bed and pull out bed if needed with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. 2nd Floor is master bedroom with dressing area, (plenty of room for a cot) This bedroom also has an additional pull out bed. The bedroom has a door out onto the roof terrace with a brick built bbq and seating for 8. The roof terrace offers amazing seaviews. If you wanted to head for the main town, a 5 min Dolmus bus ride at the bottom of the road (Dolmus buses run every few mintues and pick you up anywhere along the main road) will take you to the quaint harbour, a huge selection of restaurants, gift shops, pavement cafes, bars, children's parks etc. This is a really nice place to stroll around in the evening after a meal! A five minute dolmus ride will also take you to the popular Ladies Beach with a good selection of seafront resturants and shops. A five minute bus ride also takes you to the lovely relaxing Green Beach which has great customer service, shaded areas, beach, sunbeds on beach and grass, children's play area, bar, food and slumber cushions on the grass. This is a lovely place to spend a sunny day. The house is walking distance to Long beach (approx 15 Mins) At the bottom of the hill directly across the road is the lovely "Eleven's Beach Club", which offers a seafront restaurant serving snacks in the day which then changes to a romantic setting offer lovely evening meals. The club has a wooden jetty with sunbeds and direct access to the sea, also a bar and shaded childrens grassed play area.
